The mission of the Autotanques Nieto Talent Development Center is to evolve highly qualified human talent to provide our clients with a reliable, safe, timely, and cost-effective land transportation service.
Its vision is to feature an innovative and efficient training model that meets the needs of our entire business group and the market, driving us to remain the leading land transportation company.
How did this project begin and How many generations have been trained?
2015
The management of the organization and the planning of the CDT, in which we collaborated with the company IMPACTA to design its structure.
2017
The first generation began with sixteen people.
2018
Subsequently, thanks to its success, a second generation was formed, consisting of nineteen members.
2026
We are now in the ninth generation, with fifteen operators in training.
The TDC training process spans 10 months and covers three core areas:

- CESL: Specialization Course for Single Liquid Tankers
- CEFL: Specialization Course for Full/Double Liquid Tankers
